I have explored many energy healing modalities and nothing has compared to the power and magic of Reiki. Reiki is Japanese for life force energy. It is an ancient method of energy that connects us to our divine wisdom and intuition.  This is known in Reiki as an attunement which gives us access to our innate gifts and deepens our connection with ourselves and the world.  Reiki approaches our physical and emotional parts as one, not separate.  It leads to our own unique path of enlightenment and purpose.

I am a Reiki Master and certified life coach. I weave both of these modalities into my sessions to help clients heal physical issues, uncover and release emotional blocks, seek clarity in a given situation, and embody their fullest life. I describe my Reiki as a deep listening of the soul where I receive visions and messages. I go into a state of consciousness that allows me to access your higher self. I often become a conduit for my clients where I am able to help release and neutralize limiting beliefs and emotional unrest. Reiki can also accelerate and bring momentum to achieving your unrealized dreams and personal goals.

What to expect.

I offer both in-person and distance Reiki.  In your in-person session, you will experience Reiki lying on a massage table, completely clothed. We will discuss your intentions for the session and get as specific as possible. My hands are then placed on your body and I become a Divine conduit through which this energy flows. I often use symbols, music, herbs, candles, tuning forks or stones to support the healing process. When the Reiki session is over, I will provide you with very detailed feedback. . 

The distance Reiki sessions can be done from anywhere in the world at any time.  The results are just as transformative and powerful as an in-person session.  The energy works through all space and time.  This is the magic of Reiki.
